Junior Data Analyst £30,000 Manchester- Hybrid

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join a high‑performing Data team. Junior Data Analyst responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets to support reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Support the creation of data models, including relationships, DAX calculations, and measures.
• Assist in monitoring and improving existing reporting solutions.
• Analyse trends, metrics, and KPIs to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Support ad‑hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing improvement of data processes.
• Document your work clearly to support team knowledge and future handover.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have:

• A strong interest in data analysis and a desire to build a long‑term career in the field.
• Basic experience working with Power BI (or similar tools) and a willingness to develop deeper skills.
• Good understanding of Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity to investigate data trends, patterns, or anomalies.
