Head of Data North West- Hybrid working £110,000-£120,000 + Excellent benefits About the Role: We are partnering with a dynamic organisation in the Northwest to recruit a Head of Data who will drive the company’s data strategy and lead a high performing team of engineers and analysts. This is a unique opportunity to shape the organisation’s data landscape, influence decision-making, and deliver impactful insights.

Key Head of Data duties:

• Drive data strategy across the organisation, aligning with business goals and innovation initiatives.
• Lead and inspire a talented team of data engineers, analysts, and other data professionals.
• Oversee planning and execution of data projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights.
• Build and implement advanced analytics and AI systems (desirable), leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve complex business problems.

As Head of Data you will have:

• Proven experience in a senior data leadership role, managing teams of engineers and analysts.
• Strong track record in developing and executing data strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Experience with data architecture, analytics, and (ideally) AI/ML implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
