BI Developer

BI Developer Leicester (hybrid) £40,000 to £45,000 per annum Permanent

I am currently looking for a BI Developer to play a key part in transforming information into actionable insights. You will ultimately be supporting better outcomes for all stakeholders in the business.

BI Developer – What you’ll be doing?

• Producing Power BI dashboards and reports that enable key business decisions to be made.
• Gathering detailed reporting requirements from stakeholders to ensure data is presented in a clear and effective manner.
• Supporting seamless integration of multiple data sources and platforms to provide comprehensive reporting solutions.
• Troubleshooting reporting issues promptly to maintain business continuity and minimise disruption for users.
• Collaborating with data engineering and insights teams to deploy model changes efficiently while providing thorough analysis.
• Promoting best practices in data governance, security, and compliance to safeguard organisational information.

BI Developer – What will you need?

• Strong SQL skills.
• Exposure to Azure.
• Solid understanding of data modelling principles, warehousing strategies, and ETL processes for robust analytics.
• Proven track record of creating impactful Power BI reports and dashboards
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
