Head of Data & BI Birmingham £75,000 to £85,000 per annum Permanent

Our client is seeking a Head of Data & BI to implement the needed architecture, processes and people-skills to unlock the true potential of their data. You will lead the development of their Data Strategy, ensuring the organisation can develop.

Head of Data & BI – What will you be doing?

• Leading, developing, and implementing the Data Strategy across the business.
• Embedding data and business insight principles via delivery of engagement programmes.
• Aligning data initiatives with business goals to improve performance and growth.
• Process mapping and decision-making for improved data architecture.
• Leading the selection and implementation of a suitable data architecture.

Head of Data & BI – What will you need?

• Background in leading and managing data teams.
• Strong background in MI.
• Strong business partnering skills.
• Track record of successful change delivery.
• Proven experience in data transformation.
