Business UAT Transition Lead

Business UAT Transition Lead (CLM) Birmingham £70,000 to £90,000 per annum Permanent

Our client is seeking a Business UAT Transition Lead to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising vendor contract processes using CLM platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, business process expertise and hands-on leadership in testing to ensure the seamless implementation and enhancement of the CLM platform.

Business UAT Transition Lead – What will you be doing?

• Understand and document business requirements for vendor contract management.
• Identify areas for improvement within the CLM platform and process.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for new features.
• Design and deliver User Testing Strategy across CLM platform.
• Support vendor selection, integration efforts, and ongoing platform configuration.
• Act as a liaison between business users and Engineering Teams.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy for the CLM platform.
• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end system testing, including UAT.
• Support post-go-live validations and ensure defect-free production rollouts.

Business UAT Transition Lead – What will you need?

• Strong background as a Business Analyst and Test Lead.
• Hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms.
• Knowledge of Ariba Invoicing, Ariba SLP, S4 HANA or similar applications.
• Experience in at least one medium-large scale platform deployment project.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Strong analytical skills.
