Senior Power BI Developer

Senior Power BI Developer required for 3 month contract (Outside IR35) for leading consultancy based in North East (Near Newcastle) Your primary focus will be on crafting top-notch, data-driven solutions utilizing Power BI and the Power Platform. Collaborating closely with clients, you will design dashboards and workflows that tackle intricate real-world challenges. By providing guidance to teams, making strategic choices, and producing innovative outcomes, you will establish new standards for excellence in the field.

Senior Power BI Developer Key Qualifications:

- Proficient in creating interactive Power BI dashboards and models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL, seamlessly integrating with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to streamline workflows.

- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, dataset integration, and developing impactful visualizations that enhance workflows and drive insights.

- Experience in team leadership, mentoring colleagues, and serving as the central Power BI specialist to steer technical direction and encourage collaboration.

- Effective communication skills tailored for both technical and business audiences, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.

- Thrives on collaboration, innovation, and client solution delivery, showcasing proactivity and ownership in a dynamic environment.
