Data Manager

Data Manager Birmingham £60,000 to £65,000 per annum + 6k car allowance + 15% bonus Permanent

I am currently working with a market leading organisation as they seek a Data Manager. You will be responsible for implementing a new data governance strategy and will oversee and improve data management systems.

Data Manager – What will you be doing?

• Devising a new data management strategy, ensuring you leverage data for strategic decision making.
• Creating and implementing data governance frameworks / policies.
• Recruiting a team of data professionals that will champion data quality across the organisation.
• Addressing data quality issues when they arise.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, making sure they understand the importance of data driven decision making.

Data Manager – What will you need?

• Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
• Experience in data migration projects.
• Experience in ERP migration projects.
• Strong management experience both within teams and projects.
• Ability to business partner, explaining complex data concepts to all stakeholders.
