What you'll do:

As a Data Analyst, your role will be pivotal in supporting the operations team by providing valuable insights into performance. You will develop a deep understanding of the business's operational needs and goals, becoming a trusted source of information. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you identify opportunities to improve efficiency, review processes, and deliver insights into trading performance. You'll also work closely with contact centre managers to enhance reporting structures and present data-driven recommendations to management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Data Analyst position brings at least two years of commercial or operational analyst experience in a service market. You are curious, detail-focused, highly analytical, and have an innate ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insight into action plans. Your excellent communication skills allow you to present complex data in an understandable manner, and your organisational skills enable you to manage your workload effectively. Experience in data analysis, particularly with Salesforce, is highly desirable, as is experience in building and maintaining insight reports and process mapping.
