Performance Manager Birmingham (hybrid) £50,000 - 60,000 Permanent

You will be developing and implementing complex resource planning strategies across all contact channels, be responsible for delivering departmental performance in specific KPIs and real-time management accountability to ensure that performance standards are met.

Performance Manager – What will you be doing?

• Drafting performance packs for Leadership Group Meetings.
• Maintaining a central register of all KPIs.
• Providing a quarterly summary of performance and improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.

Performance Manager – What will you need?

• Strong performance reporting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Management experience.
• Advanced Power BI & Excel.
