Data Reporting Manager

Our client, based in Northampton, is seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the reporting landscape of a fast-growing, PE backed organisation. The successful candidate will be at the heart of the business, managing both internal and external financial reports, group FP&A requirements, and serving as a key liaison between finance and IT for various projects. This is a unique chance to leave a lasting impact on a company that is embarking on a journey to streamline and enhance processes. Package wise, they're offering circa £60,000-£65,000 per annum.

What you'll do:

As a Data Reporting Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client's growth phase. You'll spearhead key responsibilities including producing both internal and external financial reports, managing group FP&A requirements, and serving as a crucial link between finance and IT for various projects. Your role will involve leading a talented team of IT and data professionals, collaborating closely with all departments across the business to deliver any dashboards or reports they require. This is your chance to make a significant contribution as our client embarks on a journey to streamline and enhance processes.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Data Reporting Manager position, you bring along your high level of IT proficiency with experience in building Macros and Power BI reports. Your background in a similar role within a large, complex business equips you with the necessary skills to manage this dynamic role effectively. Your proven leadership skills coupled with your excellent attention to detail will enable you to deliver results under pressure. Your drive to continuously improve processes and procedures will be instrumental in this role. A finance background would be advantageous
