Business Transition Lead

I am currently recruiting for a Business Transition Lead with a financial services business on a remote basis. They are launching a new transformation team and require a Lead to ensure testing is completed to determine whether or not any project within the transformation program satisfies acceptance criteria.
Business Analyst – What will you be doing?
• Working with the whole transformation team to understand the scope of projects. • Developing test plans, scripts and scenarios for business users. • Conducting thorough testing of any change to processes or systems. • Highlighting risks to the Operational Processes SME/Architect. • Ensuring regression testing is part of any test. • Working to clear and agreed objectives and KPIs for all projects. • Working with change champions across the business to embed change.
Business Analyst – What will you need?
• Experience in a testing and transition environment. • Excellent organisational skills. • Ability to write test documentation such as test plans, scripts and reports. • Strong technical skills and abilities. • Exceptional communication skills. • Good problem solving and analytical skills. • Strong influencing skills.
