Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in Commercial Insurance or Insurance Markets

• Deep understanding of business processes

• Experience working with Target Operating Models (TOM)

• Proven track record in leading implementation projects

• Underwriting experience is a plus

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of £100k-£150k, based on experience
