I am working with a company who operate within the super yacht industry and are looking for a Data Engineer to join their team.
The company are building out a data platform in Azure, allowing them to scale their data offering and become a business who utilises BI & Data to make decisions.
They are looking for the Data Engineer to have a passion for data and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising the company’s data architecture and Data Platform.
You will be expected to work alongside the Head of Data and the senior contractor in order to build out the data platform and integrate it into the business. You will then work across the business to understand what the different stakeholders are requiring and ensure that the data is flowing through the business.
The successful candidate will have experience with the following technologies:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Databricks
SQL
The team is small currently but it will grow extensively over the coming months and this will give you the opportunity to progress and become a more senior member of the team.
As the team is small, you will get exposure to all aspects of the business and it will be fast paced!
