What you'll do:

As a Transfer Pricing Manager focusing on the EMEA region, you will have global responsibilities for the Commodities and Global Markets business. This dynamic role may require work outside of normal hours, including meetings with colleagues in different time zones. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

* Act as the main point of contact for transfer pricing matters
* Advise on new and complex financial services transactions
* Ensure compliance and reporting across various jurisdictions
* Work closely with Finance and Tax teams to manage cross-border transactions
* Enhance operational efficiency within the team
* Report directly to the Global Head of Transfer Pricing

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Transfer Pricing Manager role will bring technical expertise based on OECD transfer pricing rules, coupled with strong awareness of EMEA Transfer Pricing rules. Your keen analytical mind will enable you to tackle complex transfer pricing issues, ideally backed by experience in a similar environment. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to develop relationships both within and outside the organisation, while your proactive approach will ensure high-quality outcomes.

* Technical knowledge based on Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) transfer pricing rules
* Strong awareness of EMEA Transfer Pricing rules
* Ability to tackle complex transfer pricing issues with an analytical mind
* Previous experience in a transfer pricing environment, ideally within banking or finance industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, service-driven approach with capacity to work collaboratively in a global team
