The Role Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the Master File and local country transfer pricing documentation to ensure adequate supporting information is in place to substantiate the arm’s length nature of intra-group cost and revenue allocations.
- Support the operation of the central cost and revenue allocation processes including cost centre analyses, review of calculations, deal reviews and maintenance of manual uploads in allocation systems.
- Support the implementation of new and revised transfer pricing policies by working closely with various stakeholders including Global Business Services, Country Tax and Finance teams.
- Assist in managing various unilateral and bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures, and transfer pricing audits across the Group.
- Assist in responding to local country queries in relation to transfer pricing matters and prepare country specific transfer pricing analyses to substantiate group cost and revenue recharges.
- Act as the transfer pricing contact person for the country tax and finance teams in the Europe & Americas region.
- Continuously assess changes in the country transfer pricing requirements and external tax environment and assist in keeping global, business and regional tax teams up to date with the changes in requirements and methodologies.
- Support the senior team members in business transformation projects, strategic tax or business initiatives, or other projects impacting transfer pricing processes.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Advanced diploma or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business or economics (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's Degree).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification core transfer pricing experience from a professional services firm or an in-house transfer pricing team.
- Transfer pricing experience in financial services advantageous, but not essential.
