What you'll do:
As a Global Employer Services Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service across a varied portfolio of clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing multiple client accounts with care and attention, ensuring that each receives tailored support aligned with their unique needs. - Assist Managers or Associate Directors in developing new business opportunities while identifying ways to expand existing client engagements through attentive relationship management.
- Take ownership of certain financial aspects within your client portfolio by monitoring budgets, adhering to financial parameters, and acting as the initial point of management oversight.
- Guide and mentor Assistants and Associates within the team by offering nurturing support and sharing your knowledge to foster their professional development.
- Demonstrate risk awareness by initiating effective reviews, consulting with management when necessary, and knowing when issues should be escalated appropriately.
- Communicate complex expatriate tax and international social security matters clearly to non-specialists in both written and oral formats.
- Plan and prioritise workloads efficiently using proven organisational skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met across multiple projects.
