This role is situated in the bustling city of London, where you will be an integral part of a collaborative team that delivers, implements, and operates a comprehensive Regulatory Reporting service. What you'll do:

As a Manager in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting, your role will be crucial in supervising the operation of the department. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Regulatory Reporting process, ensuring that all reports are delivered punctually and meet client expectations. Your expertise in AEOI regimes will be vital in supporting internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist senior management in identifying and mitigating tax risks that affect business operations. Your ability to undertake various ad-hoc projects will also be essential.

  • Supervise the operation of the regulatory reporting department through planning, delegating, coaching, recruitment and controlling workloads.
  • Manage and coordinate the Regulatory Reporting process by monitoring and providing regular status updates to clients.
  • Lead the review of new regulatory reporting legislation, develop strategies and implement them.
  • Support internal stakeholders via our business-wide AEOI queries process.
  • Assist senior management with identifying and mitigating tax risks.
  • Undertake various ad-hoc projects and produce associated reporting as required.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Manager – Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting role is someone who brings a wealth of knowledge from their ACCA / ICAEW / ICAS / ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent. Your expertise in AEOI regimes will be invaluable in this role, as well as your experience managing FATCA/CRS return preparation and submission. We value your high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple priorities. Your collaborative nature, excellent time management skills, and ability to guide, coach, and mentor junior colleagues will make you a perfect fit for our team.

  • Qualified ACCA / ICAEW / ICAS / ATT/CTA (or equivalent).
