My client is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the provision of effective administrative support to teams across a busy an thriving office. You will be expected to complete straightforward analysis, reporting and troubleshooting in the provision of a high-quality support service to colleagues, stakeholders and partners.
Customer service experience is essential as well as the ability to write reports and business letters, work with sensitive and confidential material and manage database storage and retrieval systems. You will have developed and implemented office processes and procedures and will be confident attending team meetings, producing agendas and writing minutes.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Perform a range of specialist administrative tasks, including the delivery of complex activities, in order to provide an effective and efficient service to the business.
Receive and respond to queries from across the business, taking action where appropriate or directing the request to the appropriate person or business area when necessary to ensure a first-class support service is delivered.
Provide information to interested parties on matters of a practical nature, to ensure they are kept up-to-date.
Input data to the relevant business system with accuracy, and undertake straightforward analysis and reporting when requested, to support the decision-making process.
Use and maintain relevant internal systems and processes to support workflow and provide recommendations for improvements to drive continuous improvement.
Undertake administration duties as required including correspondence, the production of reports, agendas, minutes, meeting management, presentations and diary management.
Provide cover for reception when necessary and as directed.
The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience working within a busy office environment, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
