The role:

You will be working in an inbound call centre, speaking to potential new customers already interested in the products and services that the business has to offer or have done a quotation online and have gave permission to call them.
- The role is working within a call centre environment, and will consist of being on a headset talking to customers for a majority of the day.
- This is a non-advised sales role, meaning that you will only provide the potential customers with the options that are available to them, the potential customer then has to make a decision to which one is best for them.
- You will be working in a well regulated environment with calls that are audited by the Quality Assurance Team. You will have monthly targets that will result in a bonus if met, after the first 4 months.

Person Specification:
- Previous sales or customer service experience. Hospitality background also considered.
- Very good IT skills be able to talk and type and use different systems at one time.
- Empathy with customers and ability to talk about potential difficult issues.
- Resilience is key to be able to deal with the customers who may be upset or managing sensitive topics.
- Good attitude and work ethic.
The training:
- 8 week tailored training programme, essential that you attend as it is the foundation not only for your career at the company, but friendships and networks that will last you for years.
- First 4 weeks is classroom based where we give you all the knowledge you need to start in the role.
- Then you move into the Academy where you start to take calls in a safe environment with Coaches around to help you with anything you may need.
