Robert Walters are recruiting for an Internal Communicatons Executive based in Colnbrook on a permanet basis.

This role is responsible for supporting the internal Communications Manager with the development and execution of the internal Comms strategy. The management and delivery of all associated and Internal comms activity will be the responsibility of the Internal Comms Executive. This will include planned activity to delivery strategy alongside responsive activity to communicate immediate and urgent requirements. The candidate will be required to write engaging copy of regular basis, adapting tone to suit the channel and audience. Providing expertise to colleagues in other departments will also form part of the role, to ensure all messages are delivered with maximum impact and results. Monitoring campaign performance is also an essential part of the the role, ensuring the best practice and continued employee engagement is achieved.

Responsibilites:

Customer/Stakeholder Key activities:

  • Support with creation of the internal Comms plan to support the business in achievein thr 'motivated employees' focus
  • Creation of specific ca,paigns that respond to a key business objectives
  • Writing copy of variety of channels
  • Management of internal comms channels - including email, posters, video, company magazine, physical mailings and giveaways
  • Co-Oridate with external specialist agencies to manage/create/deliver the inetrnal comms channels
  • Monitor the success of projects, and report back to senior management
  • Plan and prioritise flexibly in order to meet the changin needs of the business
  • Ensure project costs are recorded, monitored and kept on budget
  • Manage distribution lists
