The Role
You, the office manager, will ensure the smooth running of the office, assist with HR and provide administrative support for the Managing Partner. You will be supported by a Team Secretary.
Experience;
- Senior secretary/PA, with experience in managing administrative systems and processes in a fast growing, constantly changing businesses, preferably in a professional services environment is highly desired.
- Some HR experience would be useful but is not essential.
- IT skills and awareness are important particularly in terms of making working practices more efficient.
- You'll have a can do attitude who is used to working in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills together with high accuracy levels are a must and flexibility is another watchword as priorities change very quickly.
- Communication skills will include verbal and written acumen along with the ability to build relationships based on trust with a wide range of people within the office environment
