A great opportunity for a senior secretary/PA with proven organisational skills and the ability to get things done to join an award-winning corporate finance business in this newly created role as Office Manager following a period of rapid growth.

Working for a leading independent practice. Operating from offices in Henley on Thames in beautiful and friendly surroundings, with excellent transport links into Reading, and in the heart of London near Bank station. Working for an award winning corporate finance team, who enjoy a consistent and quality deal flow with an exceptional track record of completing transactions. We are looking for the right kind of attitude to work and life, the aptitude to learn, develop and take responsibility and the ability to undertake the range of work the company do.

The Role

You, the office manager, will ensure the smooth running of the office, assist with HR and provide administrative support for the Managing Partner. You will be supported by a Team Secretary.

Experience;

  • Senior secretary/PA, with experience in managing administrative systems and processes in a fast growing, constantly changing businesses, preferably in a professional services environment is highly desired.
  • Some HR experience would be useful but is not essential.
  • IT skills and awareness are important particularly in terms of making working practices more efficient.
  • You'll have a can do attitude who is used to working in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills together with high accuracy levels are a must and flexibility is another watchword as priorities change very quickly.
  • Communication skills will include verbal and written acumen along with the ability to build relationships based on trust with a wide range of people within the office environment
