This role consists of liaising with stakeholders ensuring all queries are met and managing any purchasing processes within the company. The ideal candidate will have general administration skills with a call centre/Customer Service background.
Job Specification:
- Accepting deliveries of kit, signing in asset tag management.
- Managing tracking, licensing, and other information from 3rd parties.
- Weekly back order reports to relevant departments.
- Organising couriers.
- General office management and being responsible for guests.
- General adhoc duties, filing, documentation, in-box management and system management.
Person Specification:
- Strong background in customer service/ Administration is preferred.
- Good skills with the Microsoft package; Excel, Word, Outlook, Share Point and Teams.
- Great communication skills. Problem solver.
- Ability to work as a team and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
