Administration Assistant/Receptionist. South Liverpool Entry level/trainee role with opportunities to progress. Temporary to permanent job starting asap.

Working alongside experienced finance and customer experience teams you will be responsible for supporting the teams with Administrative and Reception duties.
- Meeting and greeting visitors covering a small reception area
- Diary management
- Booking travel and accommodation for regional meetings
- Ordering stationary
- Inputting forms and documents onto the system
- Logging complaints/customer feedback
- All round admin support to the teams
This is a trainee/entry level role ideally you will have some office support experience
- Administration & data entry experience
- Trainee PA - travel, diary management
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent written and numeric skills
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word Skills
- 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Training and development -previous colleagues in this role have progressed to higher level roles in the business
