Sales & Recruitment Administrator - Coleshill, Warwickshire We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator for a permanent role in Warwickshire, Coleshill. You will be supporting busy HR & sales teams with all aspects of administration as the Sales & Recruitment Administrator. Working Monday - Friday, the salary is depending on experience, but likely to be £18,000 - £25,000.
Duties for the Sales & Recruitment Administrator will include:
• Working with the HR, Recruitment & Sales teams you will provide administrative support
• Responsible for organising interviews, producing contracts of employment and organising pre-employment screening
• Supporting with recruitment of customer support roles, advertising roles, organising assessment centres and coordinating
• Assisting the sales team with inputting information, processing data and any ad-hoc tasks required
• Working with Word & Excel, and using the CRM: Salesforce you will be strong producing / using pivot tables and formulas in excel spreadsheets
