Sales Operations Manager

The Company: We’re partnering with a US headquartered, global software company, looking to expand their sales functions in the UK. They’re back backed by top-tier investors and their customer list include the who’s who of the fortune 100. The Role: They a seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the Senior Sales leadership in driving results and providing insights for the newly created mid-market team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting as well as quarterly insights
  • Pipeline management and hygiene
  • Establish processes and SLAs, build SFDCs dashboards for sales managers, and provide training on how to use
  • Support the forecasting process, including analysis of changes in position
  • Provide database analysis to support GTM strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in the Sales, Sales Support/Operations or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
  • Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
  • Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, should be a problem solver
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
  • Hands on mentality, proactivity and great attention to detail
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, esp.
  • Excel is required, SalesForce.com.
  • A general understanding of Tableau / Power BI is beneficial
