This organisation is a dynamic and fast-growing operator within the sports and leisure sector, with multiple venues already established across the UK and further expansion planned. Its mission is to deliver best-in-class facilities alongside an outstanding customer experience. The venues are designed to be welcoming, social environments that foster community, whether customers are playing recreationally or competitively.

The Role
This newly created position will focus on generating income through corporate and private events, tournaments, and brand partnerships, while also supporting broader revenue optimisation across memberships, pricing, and secondary spend.

The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic input, working closely with leadership and venue teams to build a scalable and commercially successful events function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of corporate and private events and manage the full pipeline
  • Secure tournaments, competitions, and repeat bookings
  • Develop and deliver sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Oversee event planning and execution across multiple sites
  • Support pricing and revenue optimisation across memberships and ancillary spend
  • Contribute to sales strategy, reporting, and CRM management

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or events
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and commercially driven
  • Experience in sport, leisure, hospitality, or high-growth environments preferred

Package

  • £45,000–£55,000 base salary
  • Commission up to 20%
  • Hybrid working across office and venues
  • Pension, healthcare, and 33 days’ holiday
