Insurance Sales Adviser Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + uncapped monthly commission Location: South Manchester – Hybrid Contract: Permanent Hours: Mon-Fri (hours between 8am-8pm) (e.g. 8am-4pm) (1 late shift per week) 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am-2pm)

What you’ll do

As an Insurance Sales Adviser, you’ll guide customers through health protection solutions with clarity and care:

• Deliver expert advice over the phone, tailoring solutions to individual needs
• Explain product features and highlight wellness rewards, including gym discounts and lifestyle perks
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing best practices in a supportive environment
• Continuously develop your skills through training and personal growth initiatives
• Manage your pipeline effectively to provide timely support to all customers
