Client Relationship Manager: Data Solutions Remote £50,000 to £80,000 (dependant on experience) Permanent

I am currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager specialising in data solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections and providing expert guidance in a technical environment, without the need for prospecting or cold calling. You will be at the heart of a pioneering tech startup, supporting solicitors with financial reports that are crucial for court presentations and injury cases. The company’s innovative platform leverages credit data and open banking integrations to deliver comprehensive financial snapshots, making your expertise invaluable to both clients and internal teams.

Client Relationship Manager: Data Solutions – What will you be doing?

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with a select portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries related to data solutions, financial reporting, and platform features.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients on new products, platform updates, and report functionalities to maximise their understanding and usage.
• Collaborate closely with third-party developers to facilitate bespoke client requests and ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Prepare detailed documentation and user guides tailored to individual client needs, supporting their ongoing engagement with the platform.

Client Relationship Manager: Data Solutions – What will you need?

• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven background working with data solutions or platforms that handle sensitive financial information.
• Experience collaborating with external partners or third-party developers to implement customised solutions.
• Commitment to ongoing learning about open banking technologies, credit data sources, and industry best practices.
• Capacity for teamwork within a small organisation where shared responsibility is valued.
