BDR Manager
A high-growth technology business is hiring a BDR Manager to lead its outbound team across the UKI and Nordics region. This is a hands-on first-line leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the action. You will lead, coach and develop a team of BDRs, driving outbound performance while working closely with senior commercial stakeholders across sales, marketing and partnerships.
This role suits someone who is energetic, data-driven and highly autonomous. You will need to be comfortable running the day-to-day rhythm of the team, improving outbound execution, and coaching individuals to stronger performance.
In this role, you will
- Lead and develop a team of outbound BDRs across UKI and Nordics
- Drive day-to-day team performance through coaching, 1:1s, call reviews and role play
- Improve outbound processes, messaging, sequences and overall team effectiveness
- Support account-based and target account strategies across the region
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership, marketing and partnerships
- Create a high-energy, accountable team culture
- Help hire, onboard and ramp new talent as the team grows
We are looking for someone who
- Has first-line BDR or SDR management experience within a technology or SaaS environment
- Brings a strong outbound background and understands what good looks like in multi-channel prospecting
- Has a proven coaching style, especially around improving the performance of underperformers
- Is highly data-driven and comfortable using insight to improve team output
- Can operate with autonomy and confidence in a fast-moving environment
- Is forward-thinking and interested in using AI or LLM tools to improve efficiency and team performance
- Is based in London or within a realistic commute for a hybrid working pattern

Additional details

- 3 days per week in the office
- £80,000 base with OTE on top
