Our client is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing Business Development Manager to join their team. This role offers an attractive salary of £30,000 Basic + (£30,000 Guarantee for First Year) and a totally uncapped commission structure. What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client's business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include attending sales appointments, generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners, and self-generating new leads. You will work closely with the Head of Seminars to develop a quarterly seminar plan aimed at maximising sales opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve quarterly sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

  • Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.
  • Generate a quarterly seminar schedule in collaboration with head of seminars to optimise sales prospects.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings with possible partners for introductions and referrals.
  • Self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.

What you bring:

Along with confidence in value-based/consultative selling, the ideal applicant for the Business Development Manager position will have a track record of success in B2B sales. You should be able to market to a variety of people, such as HR managers, board members, and business owners. This position requires a high degree of energy, target focus, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and great interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling in a B2B environment.
  • Confidence in value-based/consultative selling.
  • The capacity to market to a variety of audiences, such as HR managers, board members, and business owners.
