A global top modelling agency are looking for a Receptionist/ PA to join their renowned team in Central London. They are looking for a Receptionist/PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the fashion industry. In addition to traditional receptionist and PA duties, this role involves managing the accommodation for international models and providing crucial administrative support to the CEO and model agents.

Free housing & transportation - This role requires that the ideal candidate live with international models in high end provided central London accommodation.


This is a rare opportunity to join a global top modelling agency as a Receptionist / PA working alongside global names and managing the accommodation for international models.


Responsibilities:


Reception Duties:

  • First point of contact to all visitors and clients
  • Efficiently handle phone calls and transfer or pass on messages effectively
  • Set up meeting rooms and ensure catering is provided for all events and meetings
  • Provide accurate information and maintain a professional reception area.

Accommodation Management:

  • Oversee accommodations for international models, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and daily needs at model residences.
  • Transportation Coordination:
  • Utilise provided transport to assist the CEO and ensure smooth scheduling.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with travel bookings for models and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage interns and office supplies, offering support where needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in reception, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
  • PA experience is a plus.
  • Availability to reside in provided accommodation.
