The Company: My client is a well-funded Swiss-Headquartered embedded finance FinTech Scale-Up. The Role: They are seeking a Head of Sales for the UK to kickstart growth in the region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the London office and UK subsidiary
  • Build up and lead a high-performance team, closely aligned with local client requirements and new business wins
  • Execute the platform strategy to drive profitable growth with financial and non-financial institutions in the UK, based on a consultative sale’s approach
  • Key account management of existing clients in the UK market



Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services (FS) industry (Wealth Management, Credit and Insurance) and its digital propositions, customer journeys and IT-processes
  • Proven track record in business development and sales for financial SaaS/Platform solutions
  • Successfully managed and delivered complex projects for major FS clients
  • Consulting experience is a must
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at C-level
