An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider in the employee assistance and occupational health sector as a Relationship Manager, based in Manchester City Centre. Offering a salary of £32,500–£37,500 plus up to £15,000 performance-related bonus (OTE £52,500), you’ll be part of an award-winning organisation recognised as one of the Best Places to Work. Your role:

  • Manage 100 EAP/occupational health clients across the UK and Ireland

  • Build strong partnerships through meetings, calls, and occasional visits

  • Lead onboarding, manage renewals, support tenders, and provide consultancy

  • Generate £10k in upsells and 3 new client wins per quarter

  • Track CRM data and support future propositions via client feedback

  • Strong attention to detail, customer service focus, and interpersonal skills

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to meet KPIs

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and IT skills

  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude

  • Driving licence desirable but not essential
