Our client is looking for a Creative Clloud Specialist to join their team on a 12 month contractual basis.

Position Overview:

The Creative Cloud Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving new business sales opportunities within our client’s digital media portfolio. This role targets Enterprise accounts and supports Account Executives in driving revenue growth. The Specialist works closely with the field sales team, managing the sales cycle from opportunity qualification to strategy development, resource coordination, and final negotiation and closing.

This role significantly impacts our client’s fiscal performance and requires independent judgment and decision-making to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and opportunities for our client's digital media enterprise business across assigned accounts, focusing on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to define and implement strategies for finding and developing new accounts, understanding customer business needs, and identifying how our client’s solutions can fit.
  • Create, update, and execute sales activity plans, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts in cooperation with the Account Executive.
  • Assist customers in understanding our client’s enterprise solutions and how these solutions integrate with their infrastructure and business processes.
  • Build and maintain new relationships and deepen existing ones within the vertical and accounts.
  • Target and penetrate Enterprise Accounts using outbound prospecting skills, partnering with the direct sales team to ensure qualified leads are passed and opportunities are maximised.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualification, and cross-selling/up-selling into the customer base.
  • Strong ability to operate at the C-Level (CMOs, CTOs) with a creative approach to sales, always acting with integrity and as a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in prospecting, sales activity planning, and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle and close deals successfully.
  • Understanding of digital media and business sales, with the ability to align our client’s solutions with customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (written, spoken, and reading).

  • A passion for sales, with a desire to grow and develop within the industry.
  • A drive for exceptional performance and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.

Education:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).F
