Working for a multi-billion dollar diversified software business, the Business development rep will be joining the business at a pivotal moment as they continue to expand and break into EMEA after achieving all time high revenue share price and multiple acquisitions. Our client, based in Warrington works to acquire software businesses in industry verticals and provide them with the right investment, support and services to take companies to the next stage in their company growth. This could be an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate with some sales experience.
Joining as a Sales Specialist, you will be a self-motivated, results oriented individual looking to accelerate your career prospects. The position requires an energetic individual that doesn’t ignore the finer details, enjoys working in a high activity environment, great social skills and operates as a team player.
- Identify growing market software business’
- Conduct prospecting campaigns through high volume emails, social media and outbound calls
- Build and maintain an industry database of contacts
- Work well with the Business Development Managers to ensure initial lead generation and prospecting is taken through to negotiation and close.
- Recent completion of education with some sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of urgency towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Salesforce/CRM experience is preferred
