Currently recruiting for a Head of Sales - UK & Export to join a high end luxury SME retailer. Based in Central London you will be asked to manage a sales team across the UK and internationally as well as coordinate all ongoing sales activities, strategies and insights. As part of the Senior Management team, this is a pivotal role within the group.
As a result of internal promotion to VP level and ongoing growth plans, our client, an SME retail/hospitality business operating within the high end luxury space are currently seeking a Head of Sales.
As part of the senior management team for both the UK and Northern America you will be asked to take on the following key responsibilities
Lead, coach and manage the UK and export sales team
Provision of ongoing input and insight into sales strategies to achieve short, medium and long term company goals
Work with the Head of Production to ensure workshops and processes are in line with sales objectives
Work with the Press and Marketing Manager to ensure return on investment in relation to marketing activities
Applicants must possess the following
5 years minimum relevant sales experience, ideally to include export experience
Previous management experience
Desire to work for a small but growing business in Central London within a down to earth, close knit team orientated environment
Previous retail/ hospitality experience is preferred
