The opportunity

An international organisation is hiring a senior risk professional to help grow its benchmarking and research platform for leading banks and other financial institutions. The team delivers data‑driven studies on risk, capital and regulatory topics for senior industry stakeholders.​

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑institution benchmarking projects, including scoping, questionnaire / template design and project management.

• Perform hands‑on quantitative analysis and data validation using tools such as Excel, SQL or Python; translate large datasets into clear, visual outputs.​

• Contribute to written reports and briefing materials, summarising key themes for senior risk, treasury and policy audiences.

• Build and maintain relationships with participating institutions, supporting industry engagement and study participation.​

What we’re looking for

• c. 7–12 years’ experience in financial‑services risk, treasury, regulatory policy or risk advisory, ideally with EU/UK prudential exposure (e.g. Basel, CRR/CRD, ICAAP/Pillar 2, liquidity/treasury).​

• Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, comfortable working with large, complex datasets and producing concise summaries for senior stakeholders.​

• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident dealing with stakeholders across multiple institutions.

• Relevant degree (e.g. finance, economics, maths, data) and/or risk qualifications (e.g. FRM, CFA, SCR, PRM) are a plus.
