Our client, a leading fintech firm, part of a global technology group, is looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to build and lead its Outsourcing and Merchant Oversight function. This is an exceptional 12-month engagement offering the opportunity to shape and deliver key compliance frameworks in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. As part, the Senior Regulatory Compliance Program Manager you will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking compliance team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Compliance & MLRO to design and implement regulatory-compliant oversight programs that meet the expectations of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority.

Key responsibilities but not limited

• Develop and execute a robust compliance program for outsourcing and third-party oversight, including oversight of merchants and credit brokers.
• Ensure alignment with FCA requirements in preparation for regulatory authorisation.
• Collaborate globally with internal stakeholders to implement oversight processes, accountability frameworks, and governance reporting.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to relevant teams and business units.
• Draft and support regulatory documentation and contribute to the firm’s overall business compliance plan.
• Regularly report progress to internal governance forums and leadership.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to drive on strategic projects which offers the opportunity to shape and deliver key compliance frameworks in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience in a senior Compliance role, ideally within regulated financial services environment with demonstrable experience managing third-party and outsourcing risks, with a deep understanding of FCA expectations. The ideal candidate must have experience in the design, building and developing a compliance program from scratch and have extensive experience in outsourcing and third-party risk.
