We are currently looking for a diligent Risk and Compliance Analyst to join the financial services division of a well-respected manufacturing institution based in South Birmingham . On offer is a competitive salary, excellent quality work and the opportunity to work within the finance team of a global market-leading company.

Key responsibilities of the Risk and Compliance Analyst

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing risk and compliance vulnerabilities and implementing controls to mitigate these vulnerabilities
  • Developing and initiating compliance policies and procedures
  • Developing corrective action plans and guidance to identify future risk and compliance vulnerabilities

Key skills required of the Risk and Compliance Analyst

  • Experience assessing and implementing risk and compliance processes within a business
  • Sound knowledge of financial laws, regulations and policies relating to the financial services industry
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at communicating at all levels of the business
