We launched our Front Office (covering Banking, Wealth and Private Markets) division 18 months ago, as a start-up environment within our large, globally established organization. With deep-rooted relationships across the financial services sector, we’ve built a foundation that’s already delivering remarkable success. About the Role:

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about the Front Office market (ideally Private Markets), someone who thrives on building networks, leveraging global connections, and embedding a culture of excellence. This is your chance to work with a high-performing team while playing a pivotal role in driving growth and creating meaningful impact in the market.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be a senior figure within your team. It’s a varied role that will see you working very closely with your clients to develop robust relationships and uncover new opportunities for us to support them. Because you’ll be acting as a role model to other Recruitment Consultants, you should be a high achiever and a top biller – someone who’s adept at winning hearts and minds and bringing in new business.

Lead recruitment assignments that involve creatively applying your knowledge to specific recruitment challenges
Develop existing client relationships and generate new business by networking, gathering market information and making business development calls
Manage and close complex deals as well as selling our unique and value-add services
Take responsibility for key client relationships, resolving any issues and ensuring we always deliver upon or exceed all expectations
Build a strong knowledge of each client’s organisation and develop and implement a range of recruitment campaigns on their behalf
Source, select and match candidates with relevant roles, arranging interviews, briefing candidates and providing feedback
Write a range of marketing materials, including adverts and mail shots
