Key Responsibilities

As a junior recruiter, you will be focused on building excellent candidate relationships while partnering with your wider team to manage the client.

Some of your day to day tasks might include;

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

• Sales experience or out-bound customer service roles are extremely desirable.
• We look for professional, self-motivated and driven individuals who hold themselves to a high standard.
