Robert Walters are working with a client looking to add an Agile Delivery Manager to their growing team. They want someone to come in and have autonomy & accountability when it comes to the Agile team.

Desirable Criteria:

• Passionate about agile delivery - they aren't looking for someone to just come in & run ceremonies
• Experience influencing & integrating Product & Dev teams
• A DM/Scrum Master with experience heading up a team & reporting into 'Head of' level.
• Someone eager to be on site with the team (this is a huge advantage for a DM when it comes to gaining influence)

This role is based 3 days a week on site near Liverpool, with 2 days working from home.

The salary is up to £65,000, as well as a bonus (circa £5K).
