Design/ Events Project Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Design Project Manager to join a fast-growing global events business delivering large-scale international conferences across Europe, the US and LATAM.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing complex, multi-stream projects across branding, print, video and digital — ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across global events attracting thousands of delegates.

You will:
• Lead end-to-end design project delivery across major conferences
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Events teams
• Improve project frameworks and delivery processes
• Oversee PMs and freelance resource allocation
• Manage timelines, risk and stakeholder expectations

We’re looking for:
• Proven experience delivering large-scale conferences/exhibitions
• Strong creative project management background (design/branding/print/video)
• Experience balancing scope, budget and timelines
• Confident stakeholder communicator
• Experience with tools such as Asana (or similar)
