Project Manager - Prime Services

Project Manager – Prime Services (Global Programme) Financial Services | Markets | Hybrid

We’re hiring a Project Manager to support the build-out of a new Prime Services offering within a global financial institution.

This is a strategic, cross-functional programme spanning product, technology, operations and regulatory workstreams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a complex global Prime Services programme

• Drive operating model and technology implementation

• Manage governance, steering committees and senior stakeholder reporting

• Oversee milestones, risks, regulatory documentation and dependencies

• Coordinate across business, tech and operations teams

Required Experience

• Strong background in Prime Brokerage, Equity Finance, Synthetics or Equity Derivatives

• Proven experience delivering large, cross-functional programmes in capital markets

• Experience operating in regulated, multi-region environments

• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills
