Project Manager - ALM/ IRRBB

Project Manager – ALM / IRRBB (QRM) Banking | Hybrid

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery of ALM and IRRBB regulatory initiatives for a large banking organisation. This role sits at the intersection of Treasury, Financial Risk and Technology, with a strong focus on QRM model implementation and regulatory compliance.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who combines strong project management capability with deep ALM / balance sheet risk knowledge.

The role

You’ll own end-to-end delivery of ALM / IRRBB projects, ensuring regulatory requirements are translated into executable plans and delivered at pace.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery of ALM and IRRBB programmes aligned to EBA and Basel III requirements

• Managing plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and governance

• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Treasury, Risk, Finance, IT and vendors

• Overseeing implementation and testing of QRM-based ALM / IRRBB models

• Ensuring delivery of EVE and NII metrics across base and stress scenarios

• Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience delivering Treasury, ALM or IRRBB programmes

• Strong track record managing QRM implementation projects

• Deep understanding of ALM concepts (balance sheet structure, FTP, hedging, behavioural modelling)

• Solid knowledge of EBA IRRBB and Basel III

• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills

• Advanced Excel and strong data-handling capability (SQL, ETL, SAS)

• Consulting or regulatory change experience is a plus
