Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change initiatives across the organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive complex transformation projects, ensuring successful execution, effective resource allocation, adherence to timelines, scope and budgets, employee adoption and benefit delivery.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work closely with Business Analysis team, the Product Owners and Business Improvement Team to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Ensure that transformation projects deliver measurable benefits and embed sustainable change within the organisation.

What you bring:

• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk, change, and resource management within complex projects.
• Working knowledge of business analysis and its role in delivering successful projects.
• Expertise in business transformation, digital change, and operational improvement initiatives.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, with at least 2 at Senior level.
• Proven experience delivering projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Desirable:

• Experience with Sage upgrades/implementation
• Experience with Service Now rollouts/implementation

This role is offering up to £58,000, based in Bolton 1-2 days a week on site (with the rest WFH).
