Programme Manager - ESG/CSRD Experience

Our client, a top investment management firm, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a high-profile Financial Sustainability Reporting Programme. This role, offered on an initial 12-month contract, involves leading multiple projects to drive significant business and technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver business and technology changes: Achieve desired outcomes and benefits by ensuring the successful delivery of required capabilities.
• Adhere to Business Change Management Framework: Follow established processes and standards.
• Maintain project records: Keep updated schedules, RAID logs, OKRs, and cost forecasts.
• Accurate reporting: Provide timely updates to change management and steering committees.
• Stakeholder management: Engage with Compliance, IT, Asset Management, Group Finance, consultancies, and other relevant teams.
• Oversee Working Group meetings: Ensure timely progress on all actions.
• Contribute to Steering Group meetings: Report status and address questions.
• Escalate concerns: Raise issues with appropriate leads, sponsors, or committees as needed.

Skillset and requirements:

• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end regulatory change initiatives within asset management.
• Experience with CSRD and ESG disclosures.
• Exceptional leadership and matrix management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering change effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
