Head of PMO Milton Keynes (hybrid) £80,000 to £90,000 per annum / £7,000 car allowance / 15% bonus Permanent

Robert Walters are excited to be partnering with a market leading organisation as they seek a Head of PMO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing governance and oversight of projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and are executed according to Group standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, extensive digital experience, and a deep understanding of Agile principles.

Head of PMO – What will you be doing?

• Provide governance and oversight of projects and initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of work with business objectives.
• Define and maintain a portfolio view of initiatives.
• Establish an effective Demand and Supply pipeline.
• Champion strong IT governance.
• Manage demand and supply of resources.

Head of PMO – What will you be doing?

• Extensive knowledge of Lean Portfolio management framework.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Extensive digital experience with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
