Transformation Strategy Lead

Join a leading asset management firm as a Transformation Strategy Lead, shaping how change is designed and delivered across the organisation. Sitting within a central change function, this role is focused on defining strategy, improving delivery frameworks, and embedding best practice at scale.

You will work closely with senior leadership to define and evolve the organisation’s approach to transformation, ensuring change is well-structured, strategically aligned and effectively delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing organisation-wide transformation and change strategies
• Defining target operating models and structured approaches to change
• Assessing organisational impact and shaping scalable change frameworks
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to guide and influence transformation initiatives
• Driving process improvement and embedding best practice across the function
• Supporting transformation initiatives from strategy through to execution

About you

You’ll have a background in Business Analysis, Change, or Process Improvement, with experience moving into a more strategic role.

You will bring:

• Experience in transformation strategy, change strategy, or business transformation
• A background in Business Analysis or process improvement
• Experience delivering change in complex organisations
• Strong understanding of change impact, operating models, and transformation design
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Experience within asset management, pensions, or capital markets
