The client is in search of a Business Change Manager to become part of their team. This role presents an enticing opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a range of important change projects and programmes. The successful candidate will operate across the organisation, utilising their experience and training in change methodology to evaluate readiness for change, plan for change, and ensure communication with a variety of stakeholders throughout the business. This role is ideal for someone who flourishes in a supportive and inclusive environment, where they can make a substantial difference.
What you'll do:
As a Manager for Business Change, you will be crucial in instigating change within the organisation. Your role will involve providing leadership, supporting in delivering high-quality business case content, leading on required Business Change products for projects, owning the change plan for projects, leading benefits realisation across projects, identifying and updating stakeholder engagement plans. You will also provide direction and guidance to your team and more broadly across the Portfolio.
* Provide visible and effective leadership, leading the business change management activity
* Support in delivering high quality business case content
* Lead the progress of required Business Change products for the project
* Own the change plan for the project and provide input into the overall Project Plan
* Lead benefits realisation across the project
* Identify, classify, and update stakeholder engagement plan
* Provide direction and guidance to team, and more broadly across the Portfolio
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Manager for Business Change role will bring significant experience in applying business change methodology in a formal project and programme environment. They will have experience delivering change within customer-facing operations and remote access/telephony services. They will demonstrate experience in stakeholder engagement, risk and issues management, benefits realisation. They will also have experience in all stages of a programme and project life cycle including planning, scheduling, resource management, governance, assurance, business case development. Experience using various change management frameworks depending on project needs is also essential.
* Significant experience and expert level competence in the application of business change methodology in a formal project and programme environment
* Experience delivering change within customer facing operations and remote access/telephony services
* Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement, risk and issues management and benefits realisation
* Experience of all stages and elements of a programme and project life cycle including; planning, scheduling, resource management, governance, assurance and business case development
* Experience using a range of change management frameworks and methodologies dependent on project need
* Awareness of solutions development and budgeting and cost management
